General

Do I need a membership to book a court?
Nope! ezCOURTHIRE is open to everyone. Just create a free account and book your slot online.

What sports can I play at ezCOURTHIRE?
We currently offer badminton and pickleball. Courts are located inside a large indoor air dome in Terenure.

Where is ezCOURTHIRE located?
Inside the air dome at Our Lady’s School, Templeogue Road, Dublin 6W.

💻 Booking & Payments

How do I book a court?
Use our online system — create an account, login choose your court, time slot, and pay securely.

Can I share a court with someone I don’t know?
Yes! Use ezCOURTCONNECT to join others or open your own game to the community.

Can I book recurring weekly sessions?
Yes — contact us directly to arrange block bookings or regular slots.

How do I pay?
Payments are made online when booking. We accept all major cards.

⏰ Cancellations & Policies

Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund via account credit.
Once you cancel the court, the credit will be automatically applied to your account for future use.

What happens if ezCOURTHIRE cancels a session?
If we cancel due to weather or maintenance, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

👟 Playing Info

Do I need my own racket or paddle?
You’re welcome to bring your own gear. If not, we offer equipment rental on-site.

What should I wear?
Indoor sportswear and clean, non-marking court shoes. No black soles, please!

Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely! We offer coaching, beginner courses, and friendly social play for all skill levels.

Can I bring my kids?
Yes — but children under 16 must be supervised. Youth coaching sessions are also available.

👨‍🏫 Coaching & Social Play

How do I sign up for coaching?
We offer a book a court and a coach feature via the booking system. We also offer badminton and pickleball classes at ezbadminton.ie and ezpickleball.ie

What’s Social Play/Club nights?
These are casual, friendly sessions where we organise rotating 15 minute matches. Check out ezbadminton.ie or ezpickleball.ie to book in!

Is there parking available?
Yes — free on-site parking is available at Our Lady’s School.

Is the venue accessible by public transport?
Yes — several bus routes stop nearby, including 15, 49, 54A, and 65.

Do you have changing rooms or showers?
Changing areas & showers are available.
